Meet the Twins: Michelle & Melissa | The Story Behind TC Crew

Giving back has always been a part of who we are. Growing up, we had family members and close friends with special needs. Watching their journeys and the impact that support, understanding, and advocacy had on their lives inspired us to pursue careers in special education. Today, we are both proud special education teachers, and every day we have the privilege of working with incredible students and families. Through both our personal and professional experiences, we've seen firsthand the challenges many families face and the importance of having a strong support system. Those experiences inspired us to create TC Crew.

Service has also always been a part of our family. Our dad is a retired firefighter who dedicated his career to helping others, and he instilled those same values in us. We wanted to combine our passion for supporting children with special needs with our family's commitment to serving the community.
